Rhys Wynne

I cannot remember his first football match. I could've sworn that it was Colwyn Bay vs Hayes at Llanelian Road (though why would it be, it was a Northern Premier League game?). But my second game was as clear as day. Colwyn Bay vs Frickley Athletic, 2-0 defeat from his hometown team, sendings off for Graham Robers & Dave Fuller, and - soon after - I was hooked.

Since my time as a small 13 year old boy, to a 20 something year old man, I have followed my beloved hometown team around the country, which lead to questions - "Why are you going to Durham City away?", "Why are you spending £70 on a train ticket to go to Bishop's Stortford?", "Why are you sacrificing Liverpool tickets for a match against Cammell Lairds?". The reason? Non League Football, like a saline drip, gets in your blood. It's not the most flashiest or best football, but by goodness it's a football I'm proud to be a part of.

I'm Rhys, and I own You're Supposed To Be At Home. I also have a personal blog and I part own a brewery. I work as an SEO and usually can be found ranting on the subject on my personal twitter account @rhyswynne.
